1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (festive seasons, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 per order

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹800

(Shipping charges, if applicable, will appear at checkout before payment.)

3. Delivery Time & Estimates

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities & Tier-1 Areas: 4–7 working days

  • Other Cities & Semi-Urban Areas: 5–9 working days

  • Remote / Interior Regions: 7–12 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier workload, festivals, or other unforeseen delays.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier tracking link provided.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • MBJ International is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

  • If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave a pickup instruction.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

MBJ International is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters (floods, cyclones, storms)

  • Political disruptions or strikes

  • Courier partner delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Unexpected logistics challenges

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours.

  • For damaged or tampered products:

    • Provide a clear, uncut unboxing video as per our Refund Policy.

  • Refunds or replacements (if applicable) will only be processed after proper verification.

8. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders are delivered only within India.
