Refund Policy

At MBJ International. Since our items are consumables, we do not offer returns or replacements except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This Refund Policy explains when and how a refund may be provided.

Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

You may request a refund if:

  • The product received is physically damaged

  • The product is defective or spoiled

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product packaging is severely tampered at the time of delivery

2. Mandatory Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A clear, uncut unboxing video, starting before the package is opened

  • Photos showing the damage/defect

  • Order details (order ID, name, phone number, etc.)

Without valid proof, we will not be able to process refunds.

3. Report Within 48 Hours

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products can be returned within 2 days.

Requests made after this period are not eligible.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your claim is submitted:

1. Review of Proof

Our quality team will verify the video and photos.

2. Approval

If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.

3. Refund Credit Timeline

The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
(Timings may vary by bank/payment gateway.)

Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days.

Important Notes

  • No return of products is accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • No refund will be issued without valid unboxing video proof.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Customer damage after delivery

    • Incorrect storage by customer

  • MBJ International reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after internal review.
