🛑 Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped — whichever is earlier.
To cancel, email us at info@mbj-international.com or contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID. - After Shipping:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or get in touch with us after receiving the product if there’s any issue.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable if:
- You cancel the order before it is shipped
- You receive a wrong, damaged, or expired item
- Your order is not delivered due to a logistics issue
- Refunds are NOT applicable if:
- The item has been opened, used, or tampered with
- You change your mind after delivery
- You raise a return request after 7 days of delivery
🔁 Returns & Replacements
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, and unused.
- We do not accept returns on perishable spice items unless there is a genuine issue.
⏳ Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Card).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details or UPI ID.
